Why Choose CWC Recruitment?

In February 2022, CWC Recruitment earned the prestigious RAL Quality Seal – “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany” from the Quality Association for the Recruitment and Placement of Care Workers from Abroad e.V. This recognition highlights our commitment to ethical, fair, and transparent recruitment processes. Having passed a rigorous review, we are acknowledged by the German government for upholding the highest standards of ethics, quality, and transparency in our operations, which you can find more about in our blog entry here or in our video.
For more information about fair migration practices check out the Gütesiegel Requirements (Fair Recruitment Healthcare Quality Seal Germany) and its official information brochure on labour migration to healthcare professions in Germany.
The brochure is also available in German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic and other languages.

CWC simplifies your journey with clear steps and transparent processes. We begin by ensuring you are an excellent fit for our program, then guide you through collecting official documents, enrolling in language courses, and applying for language scholarships (where applicable). You're never alone in this process - we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Once your important documents are submitted and you’ve studied German up to level A2, we match you with employers that fit your personal preferences. You can apply to the jobs you like, and if there's a good fit, the employer will schedule an interview. It’s that straightforward!

After securing your new job, we handle your qualification recognition and work authorization. Once in Germany, we provide the necessary training to become a recognized Registered Nurse. All at no cost to you.

Depending on your employer, you'll need either B1 or B2 level certification before departure. Our Language Team ensures you have the skills and resources to pass. Our Candidate Support Team will prepare your work visa, organize travel to Germany, and arrange airport pickup.

Welcome to Germany! Our team and your employer will assist with arrival logistics and integration. You’ll start working as a nursing assistant while studying for your qualification recognition and final language exam, all while earning a salary.
You must have a nursing degree from a 3–4 year university program (or be very close to completing it).
To start your program in Germany and work as an assistant nurse, you’ll need a B1 certificate (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD). We’ll help you get there and support your progress to B2, which is required to work as a fully registered nurse in Germany. Language learning varies for each individual, so timelines can differ. Generally, you can be ready for your B1 exam within 12 months if you study at an accredited language school with exam preparation. If your employer requires B2 certification prior to departure, you will proceed to the B2 course, which typically takes an additional 4-6 months. Your overall timeline will depend on your motivation and dedication to your studies.
You’ll need to dedicate time to your language studies, collect documents, and complete program tasks. Your future in Germany depends on it and we're here to help you succeed.
Earn an average of 2,700 - 4,000€ per month as a registered nurse, and 2,300€ as a nursing assistant.
