With 2026 just around the corner, this is a good moment to look back at the past year and share an outlook on the next steps for CWC Recruitment.
Since 2021, CWC Recruitment has been part of the MIMS Group, an international corporation founded as a medical information management system and now likely the world’s largest recruitment expert dedicated exclusively to healthcare professions.
This integration marked an important milestone in our company’s development and enables us to draw on a strong global network and proven structures across various countries.

MSR (Medical Staffing Resources) in the Philippines and CIMS India in India are our key partner agencies for international sourcing of nursing professionals.
Both agencies – like CWC – belong to the MIMS Group and form a seamless support chain for our candidates.
Our cooperation model ensures that candidates feel supported, safe, and well-guided at every stage of the process—whether in their home country or in Germany.
This creates a true “One Community” approach: MSR/CIMS represent the program in the country of origin, while CWC represents it in Germany.
Since 2022, CWC Recruitment has held the “Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland” quality seal.
In 2024, CWC Recruitment was successfully recertified – sending a strong signal of our ongoing commitment to quality and transparent work.
Since 2025, CWC has been actively involved in the seal’s review committee, contributes to the public communication of the Quality Association, and plays an important role in establishing ethical and transparent international recruitment of nursing professionals as a national standard in Germany.
This quality seal reflects our core principles: fair, ethical, and sustainable international recruitment at eye level, benefiting both employers and nursing professionals.
To round off our look back at the past year, we want to highlight the focus areas that shaped CWC Recruitment’s work in 2025. These priorities show the direction we are taking together with our partners and the themes we intend to strengthen long term.
We expanded our program not only within nursing but also into related healthcare professions such as medical-technical radiology assistants (MTR), surgical assistants (OTA), and anesthesia assistants (ATA), enabling us to respond more broadly to the needs of the healthcare sector.
We provide employers with more targeted support through concrete measures and structured checklists, helping them plan their long-term staffing needs more efficiently and securely.
We continue to place strong emphasis on language education, as it is a key factor for professional and social integration and therefore essential for sustainable success.
We are continuously developing our CWC Platform to better align it with the real needs of our clients and to make all processes even more transparent and user-friendly.
We are further expanding our recruitment activities to additional countries of origin, especially by intensifying our efforts in South America and new target regions, in order to broaden access to qualified talent.
The year 2025 was marked by political debates and discussions, which led to ongoing open questions.
As a result, delayed decision-making continues across all levels – organizations are carefully evaluating their investment options.
Nevertheless, this year represented cooperation, quality, and trust for our clients and for us – and we are carrying these values with us into the new year.
We thank our partners, employers, and candidates for the successful collaboration and the trust they have placed in us.
CWC Recruitment wishes all partners and clients a wonderful Christmas season, restful holidays, and a successful start to the new year 2026!
