In 2026, we will once again be part of the Pflegetag 2026 as an active partner for international recruitment, professional development, and sustainable integration.

After our successful participation last year, we are returning with a larger booth and for the first time together with our education partner Care Forward and Akademie der Gesundheit.

Look forward to personal conversations, new perspectives, and practical solutions for international recruitment, training, and integration.

This Year’s Focus: Integration – CWC Recruitment with Care Forward and Akademie der Gesundheit

CWC Recruitment already had its own booth at the 2025 event, where we presented our services in international recruitment and integration. During the event, we had many valuable conversations with representatives from hospitals, healthcare facilities, and politics.

In 2026, we are taking the next step together with Care Forward and Akademie der Gesundheit by focusing on one key topic:

“Recognition does not automatically mean being recognized. Integration 2.0 – because recognition alone is not enough.”

For CWC and its partners, integration begins long before the first matching interview in the candidates’ home country and continues far beyond official certification after successful recognition in Germany.
